Your satisfaction is our number one priority. If you are not completely satisfied with your order, please follow the guidelines below for assistance.

Return Policy / Non-Local Delivery

You are the most important asset in our company! All prducts order from SUNFLORIST are 100% Guranteed! If you have any concerns or experience a product failure please contact our local store and return all product within 24 hours of receiving your order to the original delivering florist if you wish to receive a refund. Orders that are delivered / received outside our local delivery area should be returned to the original filling florist. We are unable to accept returns from affiliate florist. Claims submitted after 24 hours of receiving product are not eligible for a refund.

We will make every attempt to fill non-local deliveries for the price point selected. We however due to regional price differeces are unable to guarantee the receiving florist will fill the order for the original given dollar amount. If the filling florst is unwilling to fill the order for the original dollar amount you will be contacted and may cancel your order and receive a full refund for the original dollar amount. Additinally you may select an alternative product if one is avalable for the desired price point, or pay the additional amount requested.

Fresh Flowers

Florist, Flower shop We are committed to delivering your important emotional sentiments on time and as fresh and beautiful as possible. Because of the nature, seasonality, and regional availability of flowers it is sometimes necessary to make substitutions of equal or greater value. We will make every effort to maintain the "look and feel" of the arrangement by considering the overall shape, size, style, and color combinations. In single-variety arrangements the variety will take precedence over color. For instance, if an order is for yellow daisies, they will substitute another color of daisies, not another yellow flower. White roses and cream roses may be substituted for each other as well as peach roses and pink roses. Purple and pink orchids may need to be substituted for white orchids and visa versa.

Non-Perishable Gift Items / Custom Orders

If you are not satisfied with a non-perishable gift item for any reason, you may return it to our shop for an exchange of equal value or a refund within 24 hours of the purchase date on your receipt. We do not acept return on plush animals, spray paint, spray aerosol cans, holiday and seasonal items, custom orders. A custom order is defined as a non stocked inventory item or a product that has been altered from its original form in anyway. For Example: cut, painted, shaped, bent, folded, assembled,inflated. 

72 hour Notice

Due to the nature of the floral industry and wholesaler’s requirement regarding procurement of product and hard goods to request a cancelation of a qualifying order notice must be received in writing or in store a minimum of 72 business hours before the schedule completion excluding all legal holiday. 

Event Orders

Event orders may not be canceled without loss of deposit, and a deduction or reimbursement for cost of goods, and labor incured. Additionally, we must receive a written cancelation request a minimum of 14 days prior to your event date. Examples of event orders would include but is not limited to the following: weddings, funeral, corporate parties, gatherings, quinceaneras, bar mitzvah, celebrations, birthdays, anniversaries, retirements.


Some hospitals do not allow latex balloons with an arrangement. Mylar balloons may need to be substituted for latex balloons on some orders.


For green and blooming plants, similar plants may be substituted of equal or greater value. For one-of-a-kind plants, such as orchids, we will make every attempt to match the plant type, but may substitute with another color. Containers for plants will be as close as possible.

Gift Baskets

Substitutions within a basket may be made with items of greater or equal value if necessary to guarantee freshness and timely delivery.

Substitutions for Special Occasions

Due to the importance of delivering orders for special occasions, such as funerals, birthdays, and anniversaries, on specific days, we may make a substitution of equal or greater value to ensure timely delivery, if the flowers / plant or container you requested are not available.
